Analysing Anger
Date and Time

Keeping a record of the date and time that anger occurs will help to discover whether there is a pattern.
It may be that incidents of anger happen at the same times of the day.
OR
Maybe they happen on a certain day of the week or at a certain time of the month.
The example below shows that the person completing the table tends to get angry in the late afternoon/early evening.

If there is a date or time pattern to your anger, you are forewarned that these dates or times are potential anger triggers.
Try to avoid being in a situation that will provoke you during those periods.
Take yourself away from other people if you can. Read a book or go for a walk.
