Analysing Anger

Feelings

Does your breathing change? Do you shake? Do you get hot or cold?
Do you get goosebumps? Feelings Do you feel tense?
What happens to your hands? Do you go red in the face?
Do you feel numb? Do you go pale?
Does your heart beat faster? Do you grind your teeth? Do you sweat?

  

Try to be aware of what you are feeling when you get angry.

Use a body map to show how your body feels when you are angry.

Realise that these feelings are happening because you are angry.

Try to stop these feelings producing an angry reaction.

Breathe slowly, relax your body, calm down and stay in control.
