What is Anger?

Anger is a bodily reaction to something that happens around us (an external event) and/or something that happens within us (an internal process). 

When a person gets angry the nervous system makes physical changes to the body. 

 

 

 

 

Examples of External Events:

Examples of Internal Processes:       

Cant cope Poor self esteem Late Depression
Unable to develop coping strategies Poor self esteem Poor time management Depression
