Why Challenging Behaviour Occurs

 

Understanding why challenging behaviour occurs is the key to successful management.   

The most common causes of mis-behaviour in the classroom are:

The fact that sessions aimed at managing challenging behaviour are always very well attended shows that it is something that concerns teachers greatly and that there is no ‘quick fix’ solution.
